In chapter 5, Hassan and Amir met Assef, the bully. I knew that he was going to get revenge someday and bully Amir and Hassan, because when Hassan saved Amir by aiming the sling shot at Assef, I thought it might be possible that Assef will get revenge on them. After that, Assef rapes Hassan. This made Hassan shocked and made Amir’s relationship with Hassan worst. I think Assef is the cause of this problem. By raping Hassan, their good relationship between Amir and Hassan has been broken.

My prediction was that Amir and Hassan’s relationship will get worst someday. When Amir was scared to help Hassan, he just ran away. He also could not sleep well because of that event. So he tries to ask Baba to change his servants, but that does not work, until Amir lied and made Ali and Hassan leave with their own feet.

I thought that there may be two ways to stop their relationship. Whether Amir will run away from home to forget about it, or Amir will make some excuse to kick out Hassan. I choose the first one for my prediction. He might run away and may become a bad kid. Then when Baba realizes that his son is gone, Baba begins to find Amir. After that, Baba finds him, and this will test Baba's love for Amir.
